• Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

• Metro cities: 4–7 business days
• Non-metro locations: 6–10 business days
• Delays: External factors such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events may extend delivery times. MagicBag.in is not responsible for such delays.
